Error Upgrading Customer & Partner Portals on CRM 2105 On Premise RRS feed

  • I have been running CRM 2011 with MicrosoftXrmPartnerPortal v 1.0.011 and MicrosoftXrmCustomerPortal v 1.0.0015 without any problems.

    Recently, we upgrade to CRM 2013 and straight to CRM 2015.  I have just downloaded the latest Portals from PinPoint and started the installation but both error with:

  • Hi TSO. Thanks for your input, but unless I am missing something the thread simply says that I should pay circa $10k for the full version. As with many other people, we only have a handful of customers that want to use this functionality, so the cost of prohibitive, I installed the Customer & Partner Portal on CRM 2011 without any problems (5.0.7?)  All I need to do now is to upgrade to the latest version for CRM 2015 (v1.0).  Is this an upgrade?  It seems to intimate it is, but I get the error above when trying to import the solution.

    Can anyone help with the error message that I am receiving/upgrade?
