Problem with WMDC syncing my PDA notes to Outlook RRS feed

  • Question

  • I recently bought a new computers with Win7 Home Premium installed. 8G of RAM. I installed Outlook 2003 and wondered how I was going to sync my ancient Casio Cassiopeia Pocket PC (E-125), as I knew ActivSync (which I'd been using for years) would not work with Win7. Following instructions I found online after a search, I simply put the Pocket PC in its USB cradle, and, as the instructions predicted, Windows Mobile Device Center was automatically downloaded and installed. To my amazement, everything worked! Except for Outlook "Notes." On the Windows Mobile Device Center start page, under Mobile Device Settings/Change content sync settings, "Notes" does not appear, although "Calendar," "Contacts," "Tasks," and "Files" do appear. (I do not sync files.) I have tried everything I can think of, including uninstalling and re-installing WMDC. How can I get "Notes" to appear in "change content sync settings" and then actually sync notes from PDA to PC and vice-versa?
