WinJS and progress tag RRS feed

  • Question

  • When using a html5 progress tag and WinJS I noticed that the progress bar does not show up in chrome.

When I looked into this I found that WinJS applied the css property -webkit-appearance:none to the progress tag,

what is the story here, if winjs is now cross browser how do we show progress in webkit browsers?

  • Hi Alan,

The Developing Universal Windows apps forum is specifically for developing Windows apps.

For issues with WinJS in other contexts please check for (or open an) issue on GitHub. Here are a few known issues with progress and webkit: https://github.com/winjs/winjs/issues?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=is%3Aissue+progress+webkit
