Hi spkh,
how do you add the query using fetchxml or query designer.
First time I also face such kind of issue so I share my first experience with you to get idea how to do this.
create view : settings > Customization > Entity > View
after browse to the relevant entity I navigate to the saved view using Advanced find then create new query using query designer and save as it with the same name of my view. Then go to the saved view it appears in the list. then the process is the same way mentioned in the blog. try out this.

Hi spkh,
If you create view in following path it categorized under the system view
settings > Customization > Entity > View > New
but by default this view create under the organization level so it visible to the every user of the organization but do you want to share view among with the users you must create personal view and share it that's the reason your view not visible in the saved view.

2. in pop up window go saved views
