phone number not visible in communicator RRS feed

    We have an OCS 2007 R2 deployment for about 10,000 users. We use CM 6 and have remote call control enabled in the enterprise. We are experiencing an issue with various users not having their desk phone numbers displayed in communicator.

    All numbers are extracted from AD, i have checked access levels, and checked Invalid_AD_Phone_Numbers.txt, which the affected users do no show up.

    I have done a comparison of a users account who has all their numbers appear in communicator, and a user who does not, there doesn't seem to be any outstanding difference.

    Any help would be appreciated.
