  • Sorry, until we get an updated data dump from the partner team that has you identified as a partner, the list of threads and the actual forums are both behind the same authorization layer. So when the partner affiliation is back, both the forums and the list of threads from them will be available again.

  • That url is for private partner forums. If you go to your profile, you can see you don't have a Microsoft Partner affiliation, that is why you can't access those forums. http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/profile/hossam%20fathy/?type=forum&referrer=http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/reportabug/threads

    You should go the profile forum http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/Profile/threads and report this. thanks

  • 2 days back i was able to see all my THreads, is there any changes in the forums?

  • No 'changes' but there is a daily process which synchronizes the partner list with the profile. Then forums uses this to authorize partners in those forums. Are you able to log into the private partner portal as a partner?  https://partners.microsoft.com/partnerprogram/Welcome.aspx

  • Yes i can log into the private partner portal as a partner.

    This is a copy from my page and as you can see it is showing the number of threads i posted, but only last thread i sent showing and all other threads not showing.

  • I know what is going on, this is directly tied to your Partner forum authorization problem. It somehow went away, I can see all your posts because I'm an admin, so you haven't lost anything. When your Partner affiliation if corrected, you will be allowed back in and you'll be able to see the previous threads posted to the partner forums.

  • Hossam - we've reviewed our data feeds and confirmed that the Live ID you're using is not associated to any partner affiliation and that's why Partner is not showing up in your profile.

    Have you recently changed which Live ID you're using? Do you use the same Live ID when signing in to the Partner site?

  • Ok, thanks. At this point the issue appears to be on the Partner teams side. Just to confirm, you can still sign in and use the partner portal (not on the forums) and your partner status is still valid?

    We are in renewal phase now and we are upgraded to Gold Partner so i think is this the reason.al

    Can you give me temporary access to my existing Threads?
