Install Missing Updates RRS feed

  • Question

  • I just started using my cell phone as an external motem for my PC.  Since then I can't connect when I click "Go to Website" to install my missing updates.  I have the "at risk" message and would like to update.  Everything else works but when I try to connect to update.

  • I've deleted your duplicate post and moved this one to the Tune-up folder since the problem you are having is with updates for Windows that are not installed. Tune-up is the part of OneCare that checks for missing critical/important updates.

Can you connect to Windows Update by opening your web browser? If so, do that and check for updates. Install all missing critical updates offered. What web browser are you using as your default?

If you are unable to connect to Windows update manually, then visit here for help and support options:

You can also contact OneCare support for help, since the warning is coming from OneCare.
