    ActiveSync 4.5 shows that XP SP2 or earlier is required.  Does is also work for XP SP3?  What does work for this OS?

    ActiveSync 4.5 works just fine on XP SP3 machines.  I've been using it on my XP SP3 machine almost from the time service pack 3 came out.  Microsoft just hasn't updated the AS 4.5 documentation on the website.
