CRM 2011: Notes type RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    My call center do write notes in CRM after any communication with the client. The requirement from the call center is they want to define a type for a note. For example, if the call was made for an application regarding invoice then the note should be of invoicing type. Ideally there should be a picklist for note's type.

    Any idea? please.
