my office had a new host computer installed yesterday.. other computers in our private network connect to a billing software program on the host computer... as soon as defender firewall is enabled on the host computer, the other computers lose their connection..the
billing software app/file/program has been input to allow it through the firewall...inbound/outbound rules have also been addressed...but the firewall is still blocking the other computers when connecting to the billing software...the "block all connections
in private/public networks" boxes are not ticked...when the firewall is disabled, all the connections work fine..he billing software support techs and the IT tech that installed the host computer have also tried to identify and correct the issue but have
been unable to do so...
any advice would be greatly appreciated..
