Windows 7 registry import from registry export file RRS feed

    In my windows XP machine, I created a registry export file and verified the contents.

    On my windows 7 machine, I imported the registry file and the system responded that the restore was successful.

    The registry was NOT updated

    Where Might I discuss this?
