When I am in a video conversation the other party can see my video but I only see a black screen. I have tried installing XP SP3, uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled, uninstalled Communicator and reinstalled. I am still having this issue no matter what I do. Does anyone have any ideas?
The problem is probably occuring at the other client as he can see your video Check the Setup Audio & Video Wizard en the Tools menu to verify that Video works on your and the remote end- Belgian Unified Communications Community : http://www.pro-exchange.be -
