Mail Merge Letters not working with Word 2007 RRS feed

    I have created mail merge letter templates in word 2003 for crm 2011.

    The letters work fine in 2003 but if a user has their word upgraded to word 2007 then the letters stop working.

    Anyone know why this is ?
