Serious Mic Problem RRS feed

    Ok, so I am using Conexant High Definition Smart Audio HD2 for my audio device. But every time I talk into my mic nothing but static comes out.

     

    I have tried to test if the mic is working and each time the computer says that it hears nothing.

     

    I have tried uninstalling the driver and updating it but nothing is working, can anyone help me?
