    We are installing One Care onto our PC and on the sign in page my husband put in the wrong e-mail. I came to correct it and it won't let me take out the wrong e-mail address. Do we have to uninstall and reinstall or what do we do?

  • Did you already complete the activation with the wrong email address/LiveID? If so, and the retail product key was provided during activation, your subscription is now set up with that email address. If this is on a second PC, cancel the activation and activate with the correct LiveID - in other words, start over with the activation process.
