I get more and more the idea that the main thing the forum management is busy with is saving money.
Customer satisfaction seems to become less and less important.
An example, there is no place anymore to report forum issues, because that forum is without proper information used to report "verify account".

Second one, there is a suggestion tab now where I can "vote" for suggestions, why. Solve first all the bugs and create a way that the forums don't become anymore a week for many persons unreachable likewise it was last month.
(Beside that the page after that suggestion button is fully spammed so it seems there is never looked to it)
