Is there a way to resend 'pending' emails through a different office365 account? RRS feed

  • This morning we realized that there were hundreds of emails stuck in 'pending send' status.  After further investigation, it turned out the account that was setup in AD to send emails with was deleted. Emails being sent from this user are no longer sending because the user is set to disabled in CRM.  The user was also deleted from Office365.

    Our system admin was able to locate the user/account in the Recycle Bin and restored.  However, it look slike the fact that the account was deleted severed the connection with Office365 so restoring it in AD still resulted in a new O365 user and new CRM user.  

    Is there a way to resend those 'pending send' emails created by the old account?
