Outlook Configuration with Zoho

I had downloaded free version of outlook 2016 and installed it and is wrorking perfectly fine.But at the same time,when i am trying to run the outlook 2016,it is not working on other laptop and message is coming like "something went wrong"

Domain is zoho

type is imap

Any help is highly appreciated!Thanks in advance
