Every time I try to log on to my family's e-mail account in Windows Live Mail, a window comes up asking for the server password. Either I don't know the password, and need to get it changed. Or, I'm getting the password right, and it won't let me log in. My computer is running on Windows Vista Premium, I think. Everytime I log in, it gives me this message:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Shaw (mikalider) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

So, either you need to tell me how to change my server password, or tell me what part of my settings I may have wrong.
Also, if someone could please try to explain the solution in words that my little sister could understand.
