Can not create shell notification icon RRS feed

    Hello , i recently installed "Panda Usb Vaccine" on my PC that have Vista OS.
    it worked perfectly until yesterday; form yesterday, when i start windows it show me this error about "USBVaccine": "can not create shell notification icon"; also in notification area an icon appears that say: "window has blocked some startup programs" when i click on this icon it shows that "panda usb vaccine" has been blocked but when i go to msconfig, i can see that "panda usb vaccine" is not blocked and it is authorized to start at startup.
    please help me.
