New install of 2.1 using 2.0 Beta files

  I have a new computer running Windows 7 and want to install SyncToy V.2.1. I created folder pairs to an external hard drive using V.2.0Beta on my old computer. After I install V.2.1 on my new computer, can I use the files backed up on the hard drive to create folders on the new machine?
