Web Scheduler RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I have installed OCS R2 2007 and Web Scheduler on single machine , everything work great except web scheduler URLs, none of its URLs work for me. I cannot open URL like https://ocspool.mss.xx/conf/int .
I get "The page cannot be displayed". At the bottom of page I also recieve this message ""Cannot find server or DNS Error.
    any idea about this problem?

    Thanks,

  • Hi,

Have you configured a Web Components Certificate for https access in IIS?

See page 24 of the document "Deploying Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Standard Edition"

When I temporarily remove my certificate I get an error message similar to yours.

  • Hi,

Guessing from the error message you do not have connection to your OCS computer or it is missing in DNS.
Check that you can ping it with FQDN from the client, and if not try using https://<ip-address>/conf/int.

    Other things to check:
Can you find the "conf" folder in the IIS management tool?
    Is IIS running?
