Sub-Grid on form doesnt allow creating record

  Hi All,

  I have a 1:N relationship between Letter and a custom entity (called Business Line).

  For users to associate Business Lines with any Letter record, I have provided a sub-grid on Case that lists associated Business Lines and should also allow adding new Business Lines. However, when I click on New button on the drop down of grid as shown in below sreenshot, I get the access restriction issue. However, if I click on Look for More Records, and then click on New button on the pop-up, I can create records. This is happening with non-admin user, but my question is if I can create record from Look For More Records page, why cannot i create from grid?
