Fax Form - Direction attribute RRS feed

  • Hi, 

    In CRM 2011, when you change the "direction" attribute on a phonecall from "Outgoing" to "Incoming", the sender and recipient lookup values are switched (e.g. Direction=Outgoing; Sender = "SystemUser1" & Recipient="Lead1", switch to Direction=Incoming; Sender="Lead1" and Recipient="SystemUser1"). 

    This standard behavior is implemented on phonecall and letter entities, but not on fax. Is this a bug?
