Project Server 2010 EXCEL report using cube data never refreshes?

Question
-
Here is a case:
I have created Issues report in excel using Cube. I can easily connect my excel 2010 sheet with the required cube using Data Connection and it all went fine. Now when i go to save and send and select "Save to SharePoint", browse for a location do not bring any locations for me.
Now alternatively i have saved the file to a local location, and then upload the file to the:
http://<servername>/<instance name>/projectBICenter/SampleReports/
now if i create a new issue, build the Cube and check the report, the report never reflects the updated data. and at the same time if i can check the out of the box IssuesAndRisks report, which resides in the same folder, it shows me the updated data.
if in my report i try to do the Refresh all connection from Data tab, it always come up with this msg:
The data connection uses Windows Authentication and user credentials could not be delegated. The following connections failed to refresh:
please help me with this. Why my report produce error when tries to refresh, am i missing any configuration step?

Hi,
Just reading through your post, there seems to two issues:
1. Excel 2010, Save to SharePoint is not bringing up a location to save the file. This is the default behavior of Excel 2010 as far as I am aware, those locations will only populate based on SharePoint locations you have saved files to previously. The location won't be available as one of the Project Server BI center locations unless you have saved a spreadsheet there previously.
2. The second issue of Excel 2010 not being able to refresh the data connection is something I have seen before, there is an excellent post at http://powerpivotgeek.com/2010/02/08/the-data-connection-uses-windows-authentication-and-user-credentials-could-not-be-delegated/ that should be able to help you out.
Hope this helps

Sounds like Excel Services isn't configured properly or your account has issues. There're a number of search hits on the error you mentioned. Here's a decent thread over on the SharePoint site about that:
