Mobile CRM Related Entities

  I have a small question with related entities.

  On account we have one relationship between account & campaign but on the mobile application, if we check the related entities campaign can be seen twice. But contact is not visible between related entities.

  How can I change what entities are visible in the related entities section on the mobile application.

  CRM for phones and crm for tablets is checked on both account & contact. Anything that I am missing?
