    Hi

    I am able to import notes to a lead, account contact.  However the Description column which holds the content of the note only imports a small amount of data - 1 sentence.  The notes field is set to 100,000. 
    Any suggestions on how to get round this?

    Hi,

    Is it possible that there is a special character or some other reference in the description field of your import file that is causing it to stop after it reaches the end of a sentence.

    I agree with Donna. Here is an article which gives an Excel formula for stripping out the hidden characters.
