CRM 2013 Invisible Notes Problem in Firefox RRS feed

    We are on CRM 2013 on-premise and our users utilize different browsers like Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc. to access CRM.

    Just beginning last week we found an issue that for some reason all note texts look like they all disappear when using Firefox browser (latest update 49.0.1). Taking closer look, it looks like the text color has become the same as the white background. When I highlight the text it shows the original content of the Notes. Please see screenshot below:

    So far I tried changing font/background colors to no success. I'm about to ask the same question in Mozilla forum, but just wondering if anyone else has the same problem?

    i have the same issue with Dynamics CRM 2016 on premises.  No clue how to solve it.

    Thanks for the info ESpade. I have submitted an issue to Mozilla Support and still awaiting for their feedback.

    This started happening last week so it must have been some updates/patches on Firefox causing it.

    We got the same issue here on CRM 2013 on P.

    Notes showing on all other Browsers, expect FF.

    Any solution yet?
