The e-mail message with subject "xxx" in mailbox "xxxx" for delivery to "xxxx" was rejected. Reason: Duplicate. RRS feed

  • It Dynamics CRM 2011 on-Premise.

    About 30% of the email give this error , and not get into the Queue.

    How can we see what is cause the duplication  ?

    I saw this thread https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/170963 , is there a fix to this , how can we get it ?
