    Everytime I use the link provided by Microsoft for genuinecheck and run the software I get the message that the software is not suppoted and I should donwload the latest.

    Get your act together Microsoft!!

    Use Internet Explorer for such downloads - it's usually a problem with Firefox that causesthis problem.
