  • CRM 2015 - Our system has recently been upgraded.  After upgrade, ran very slow.  Now its completely down. 

    404 - File or directory not found.

    The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

    I've verify that sql services is running.  I've verify that IIS is running.  I've tried rebooting both servers.  I can log onto the Deployment Manager and see the servers. 

    Anyone have advice on next steps.

  • I would recommend backing up the CRM database, uninstalling your old CRM, reinstalling a fresh CRM 2015, then reimporting your database.  That will make sure any application-level issues are resolved.
