Turn the touch pointer on or off programmatically

  This is a desktop application on Windows 8.1. I'm using Visual Studio 2013. I can turn off the "Touch Pointer" (or touch effect) by going to control panel - Pen and Touch - Uncheck "Show visual feedback when touching the screen".

  Is there a way to do this programmatically ?

  Thanks for your reply.

  According to your description, I have been talked with the desktop app experts if there is a way to do this programmatically.

  After we talked it, I know that there have no the “Touch Pointer” device in desktop app on the Windows 8.1. So, there have no any Windows 8.1 API support it.

  Therefore, I doubt that it is a third-party drive device in your Windows 8.1, so I suggest you could consult the product (Touch Pointer) Company’s experts if they have the API support this programmatically.
