Problem Activateing Care One

I had to re-format my hard drive and re-install Windows XP Pro. I need to re-install Care One. I have it installed but i'm having problems activateing my regestration.

To activate One Care select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password originally used to set up your One Care account and One Care will activate. If you cannot recal the Live ID and password to your One Care account you will have to contact support for help.
