Your MGA report indicates the installation of a Windows 7 Ultimate edition license which has been discovered to be pirated from a now defunct MSDN subscription account. It is now correctly flagged as non-genuine. It would be best just to recycle that old PC and purchase a new one that comes with genuine Windows 10 preinstalled.
