You have a counterfeit copy of Windows intalled.
Windows Product ID: 00359-OEM-8992687-00016
Windows Product ID Type: 2
Windows License Type: OEM SLPAn OEM SLP copy of Windows is installed at the factory and cannot legitimately be installed at any later time.
You have a Sony so the SLIC table in the BIOs that is needed to self activate an OEM SLC license should also be Sony. Unfortunately it is Hewlett Packard
SLIC HPQOEM SLIC-MPC
The product key Windows Product Key: *****-*****-VGV87-C7XPK-CGKHQ is blocked by Microsoft HrOnline: 0xC004C4AB, probably because of a detected loader.
You need to purchase a retail copy of Windows.
George1009 has already pointed out the problem with Office.

Hello TWEEBIE,
Go to the Sony support site for Australia and enter the prodyuct number VPCEE36FG into the site search to get to the computer's support page http://www.sony.com.au/support/product/vpcee36fg. From there you usually can order a set of recovery discs that will put the genuine Windows OS back onto the computer.
As others have mentioned your Office is nongenuine. Download a trial of the current version of Office here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/try/ Because this is a current model, it is possible that the recovery discs might reinstall Office Starter 2010 which might have come with the computer.

Unfortunately, both the installed copies of Windows 7 Home Premium and Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 are non-genuine, pirated software. You will need to purchase a genuine "Full Version" edition of Windows 7 and perform a "clean install". You will also need to purchase a genuine version of Microsoft Office 2010. Both are available from the Microsoft Store.
