Creating sub-folders RRS feed

  • I have a couple hundred businesses inside my lead folder. I am starting a marketing campaign and need to go through my lead list and qualify them under two or three different categories. How can I create sub-folders in my lead list so I can market to three different groups?

  • CRM doesn't do folders as such. What is has are "Views". Views are filters on the data in your lists. So you could go do Advanced Find, and set up a rule that says "Lead Source Equals Foo" and when you run that new View, you will only see Leads where the field Lead Source only has the data "Foo".

    You can then save that Find and it now becomes a dropdown in your Views when you're in the Leads.
