Can not edit the opportunity in partner portal RRS feed

  • Dear ALL;

    in partner portal i can view ,create the opportunities but i can not edit the opportunity although i have give the edit rights to the contact and the account please help what could be the reason??

  • Hi Anwar,

    Check the 'Write' privilege on entities 'Opportunity' and 'Opportunity Relationship'. Do you have any 'Write' privileges assigned to it. If you have only user level privileges, then you can only edit/update your own opportunities (of which you are the owner).

    Also have you given the security roles to a team and you are the member of that team OR you have assigned the security roles directly to you? If you have given that security role to a team, then try assigning them directly to you.

    i am administrator in crm 2011 online can do all in the crm but when it comes to the partner portal i can not edit the opportunities although in the partner portal i have set to write privilages as well.. everything is working fine cases and all but just the opportunity that can not be edit::
