I cannot access any windows programs: windows update, when I click on desktop to customize, nothing comes up when I click on customize. I can use internet or windows mail. It seems like i need to be administrator. After I entered %windir% and clicked on cmd.exe and clicked on "run as administrator: to get the c prompt, is it possible that I need to do something to cancel the "run as administrator"?Tuesday, October 19, 2010 10:57 PM
