Cannot connect Windows 8 - Outlook 2013 CRM client to hosted Dynamics CRM 4 installation

Question
-
Hi
I cannot get a connection between a hosted Dynamics CRM installation (4) to my Windows 8 running Outlook 2013. When running the "Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook" I get the message after a sign in box has been displayed.
"Cannot connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM server because we cannot authenticate your credentials. Check your connection or contact you administrator for help."
I can access the installation from the IE/Chrome.
Config and log file is inserted below. I have trawled through a great deal of information and tried a number of solutions, but without luck.
Cheers

Hey
I managed to get a solution through MS Support. Deinstalled and installed a new version of
Microsoft Online Services Sign in assistant (7.250.430.3.0)
Added *.microsoft.com & *.dynamics.com to IE list of trusted domains.
Emptied IE cache etc.
Ran MS Dynamics configuration wizard for Outlook, and VOILA :-)
Very nice to run this client as it completely blends CRM into Outlook, thus no need for IE anymore
Cheers

Hi Nrodri
Thanks - I have checked credentials, and are using the same to sign in for the web interface, which works fine... In the signon box, the credentials gets formatted with uppercase user and uppercase first letter of the domain, where everything is normally lowercase. I dont know if this can make a difference. I changed password to omit special characters, which I did read could pose a problem...

Thanks SoerenAN, this is what solved my problem with connecting to Dynamics Online using Outlook 2013 in Windows 8.
I had been getting the error: "The authentication passed to the platform is invalid." whenever I clicked "Test Connection", through it would not give me the opportunity to enter my organization credentials.
I assumed the problem was that it was using either the system's credentials or my Microsoft account credentials, both of which would be incorrect.
