Problem getting problem resolved RRS feed

  • I have a problem that causes IIS 64bit to freeze after an "unexpected" exception that does not happen with IIS 32bit. I raised a paid for  support ticket and was told that the people handling the ticket did not have the expertise "necessary to solve the problem" that has something to do with IIS or Office.

    I can find no way of circumventing the problem and neither can the Microsoft support staff I have spoken to!

    I have been informed that the paid for support ticket will be closed as unresolved and that they MAY refund what I paid.

    Does anyone know how I can get this problem resolved?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
