Paid Subscription then had to reconfigure the system, subscription is now not recognized RRS feed

  • Paid the Onecare subscription in March 09.  Subsequently had to reconfigure the computer back to its original state.  Onecare does not recognize the paid subscription and is expecting a new subsubscription.

    How does one get this issue resolved?
