Choose a master Calendar/Adressbook

  Is there a way a can simply choose a master calendar and adressbook and overwrite all data of the chosen slave? I've got this question because in my office we use another software to synchronize our smartphones (onebridge). At home I would like to use Activesync and choose my phone as a master in order to overwrite all data on my computer. It's simple but it doesn't seem to be possible with activesync. If there is no way to do so, can anybody tell something about further releases and give me some hope, that the programmers of microsoft are good people to help their customers ?
