Fix It Center Installation Error

I am installing Microsoft Fix It Centre and every time i attempt to do set-up i get the following error:

"Unable to install troubleshooters, Please check your internet connection."

My computer is connected to the internet, currenbtly browsing and downloading files and is working fine.

I am using Windows XP Service Pack 2.

Will you pleasee assist me with this problem.
