Problems sending emails to microsoft RRS feed

    I use Mailgun to send messages from my app to emails from my clients.
    It turns out that all of my clients' email addresses receive the messages except Outlook email addresses (Hotmail and Live).

    The message I get is as follows: Server response: 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [104.130.96.8] didn't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140).

    The problem is that our IP is listed on SORB and only on it. Is this reason enough to refuse ALL emails sent to you?

    We have already reviewed the texts we use for submission and are using best practices.

    Mailgun cannot remove the IP from the SORBs list and this is preventing my clients from receiving important notices from my application.

    Can you help me?
