OCS Protocol Stack Errors on FE & Edge (Event ID 14500 & 14502)

  Local userXX@CompanyABC.com has sent a significant number of messages that have resulted in domain validation failures. There have been 924 such failures in the last 2182 minutes.There have been 1591 errors in total. This can happen when they send messages to domains that can't be routed to, or to users in remote domains that don't exist. UserXX@CompanyABC.com is internal user who is enable for OCS 2K7 and has everything configured on.

   

  I 'm consistenly seeing these errors on both FE and Edge, and sometimes different users.

   

  In addition, I also see the following:

   

  A significant number of connection failures have occurred with remote server ocs.companyABC.com IP 12.3X.XX.XX. There have been 60 failures in the last 72 minutes. There have been a total of 60 failures.

  The specific failure types and their counts are identified below.

  Again, ocs.companyABC.com is our OCS, not federated or other server.

   

  any ideas?
