CRM Customerportal edit button is not visible ,how can i edit the content RRS feed

  • Hi experts

    I installed customerportal crm 2011 ,I run the portal seeing the home page but no edit button is visible(i.e WYSIWYG editor).please any one suggest how can I edit the content why the edit button is not visible,is that not comes from customerportal solution or any tools I have to use.please let me know.

  • Hi I resolved my problem upto showing edit button. To see the edit button add webrole "Customer poratal for administrator ) for your user (which you login with).I see the edit button now but edit click I got the following message

    "An error occured  while saving your content ,your changes have not been saved"

    if any one solved this prevoius please help me

  • Hi, I resolved my problem. I placed Microsoft.xrm.sdk.deployment.dll in customerportal  bin folder.now all edit functionality is working.
