Dynamics CRM iPhone app cannot stay logged in RRS feed

  • Using CRM 2013 on line.  Users with iPhones complain that the app will will not keep them logged in even though the documentation indicates that logins should be effective for weeks.  All iPhones are set up requiring passwords to open them.  Would appreciate a fix.  Thanks!  Joe LaPalomento
