  • We want to be able to limit the access some of our techs have in CRM.  For instance, we don't want them to be able to move the date on a Service Activity.  We want that role to be assigned to our scheduler ONLY.  The problem is tha the techs need to be able to open, update and close Service Activities.

    Is anyone aware of a way that we can lock down changing the date on a Service Activity but leave the rest of the items open (Problem Resolution, client, etc...).
