Nav connector and existing records RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have recently installed the connector. I want to integrate accounts from Nav to CRM. I am using the Nav Customer Card to Account map. I have records already created seperately in Nav and CRM and share the same Account Number. I was to integrate these together so If I make a change to the customer card in Nav the corresponding account in CRM is updated. The CRM account does not have an integration key.

    Currently for the integration key I have the following in the Map =CreateEntityReferenceKey(No, Integration ID)

    My question is: is it possible to update existing CRM records if they were not originally brought across from Nav (i.e. match on the account number and then move across the integration key and then perform a sync)

    It works fine on new Nav records
