CRM Email Router and Distribution Groups RRS feed

  • Hi there,

    So we have a specific mailbox (let's call it helpdesk) which forwards emails sent to it, to the forward mailbox which is then put into the CRM system by the email router. The helpdesk mailbox is a member of multiple distribution groups. The problem we're having is: if someone emails one of these distribution groups then the email never goes into the system. Any idea how I can get it to appear in the system? I'm not sure what the email router is "looking for" when it decides if the email should be processed or just dropped?
